We hope that you are very happy with your new piece of jewellery but if not please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange a return. In the unfortunate event your jewellery is faulty or damaged on arrival please contact us immediately so we can arrange to repair or replace it for you. Stock pieces of jewellery can be returned to us for either an exchange or credit voucher for the original cost of the item. Shipping fees are non refundable. We are unable to except returns on earrings for hygiene reasons. We are also unable to except returns on bespoke or commissioned pieces unless in either case they are damaged or faulty. Returned jewellery must be in its original packaging in a new and unworn condition. We recommend using Royal Mail special delivery so that your items are insured and tracked as we cannot accept responsibility for any items lost in transit. Please be aware that all our jewellery is hand made and unique and the majority of the stones we source are hand cut so your item may differ slightly from the image on the website.
Please enquire at the time of ordering to ascertain the current lead time for your particular order. Please be aware that over the Christmas period waiting times may increase so ensure you place your order in plenty of time. Most of our pieces are lovingly handmade to order and then sent to the Assay office for hallmarking if required. If you need an item by a particular date please get in touch and we will try our best to meet your deadline. P&P charges are £6.50 to the UK and are charged on the first item of your order only. All items are posted via the Royal Mail special delivery so that they are tracked and insured for peace of mind.
